The people at Bunn Family Dentistry are really professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with. I was delighted with my first and second visit. This was a welcome change from what I have experienced with other health care providers in this part of North Carolina. The receptionist collected my insurance information at our first contact. The staff handled the claims efficiently, and worked to resolve a problem when a Blue Cross reimbursement check went astray in the mail. And I was pleased that Dr. Simpson asked me, up front, what concerns I had about my teeth. He is a good communicator and he works hard to manage his practice in a way that works for his patients. I recommend Bunn Family Dentistry.
Started here in May 2017, there was mass confusion about the x rays and records sent from prior dentist ( who I changed because they became out of network), everything was there the office manager just didn't look over the x rays and prior visits that had been emailed by my prior dentist . She kept arguing that it wasn't there till my wife showed it too her. There has been 2 dental hygienist, each tell me different things that need to be done. They have given me so many x rays even though I had the copies sent. The dentist not as professional as I like for a dentist, he just goes along with the hygienist. Its like no one is in charge. They refuse to clean my teeth unless I do a surgery that even the dentist doesn't think will keep me from losing this tooth. Never had a office to refuse a cleaning because I don't want to do this, thought we had Choices! My wife was charged $32 for a dentist exam by Dentist Simpson who never came in so she called and got it taken off. Make us both wonder how many other billing errors this office makes. Oh well gotta look a new dentist.

I went to them and they began by taking xrays. This was so painful I could not endure xrays for my entire mouth. Then following the xrays, they gave me the worst and most painful teeth cleaning I have ever had.
